Abstract


As a branch subject of the using ethics, the educational ethics has acquired the rather development for years, but there are still some shortcomings in the research and there are many blind spots to need a breakthrough. In order to remedy these defects and to make the educational ethics construction enter a higher level under the new history condition, the educational ethics construction on the basis of the examination of the reality should make the following endeavor. On the aim of value, it should not only raise the moral shandard of the educators but also give the ultimate concern of the value with the aim of achieving person’s essence of life, not only insisting on the monism of the guiding morality but also admitting the actual reasonables of the various moral pursuit. In the construction of the regulation, we should not only design the shoulding of the educational conduct but also declare its internal foundation to make the educators’ action develop into the state of the educational goodness greatestly. On the direction of function, it is very important not only to control the evil of the educational action, but also to positively encourage the goodness of the educational action. On the sight of research, we should not only study the individual way to the best goodness but also pay close attention to the educational ethics of the society and the achievement of the social goodness. On the system of realization, we should not only establish the external assuring system of the educational ethics but also perfect the internal motivation system of the educational ethics to promote the progress of the educational morality comprehensively. The practical concern and effective resolution of these problems will benefit to perfect and deepen the research of the educational ethics, complete the change from the traditional research to the modern research, elevate the construction standard of the educational ethics and promote the kind nature to become the reality.
