Abstract


The educational ethics judge and guide the problems involved in education field from the perspective of ethics, which is important and critical to educational equity, educational harmony and healthy development of the education. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the educational Ethics. In recent years, educational Ethic issues have been getting more attention and have more and more research results, but they seems in disorder, which mainly focus on some small aspects contained in educational Ethics, lack of further systematic research. Educational technology pays more and more attention to ethics education, gradually attaches importance to considering the ethical factors of technical application. Especially the definition of AECT05, it makes the research and practice about the process and resource on teaching and learning involved in education from the angle of creating, using and managing. It is a kind of research angle and is systematical and general, which could be made full use of to probe the ethic issues of the education process.This article from creating, using, and managing, three aspects of education do a listed analysis about the ethical problems of education process. It tries to explain the ethic issues about the education process and gives the suggestions and solutions aimed to the problems. The full text structure and basic contents are as follows:Chapter 1 is introduction. The issue is raised under the background of the education development requirements of the society and the practice of education ethical situation; it analyses the research situations at home and aboard through the changes of study object and expansion of research domain about educational ethic; it expounds the purpose and significance of this study, etc.Chapter 2 is the overview of educational ethics. It states the connotation of the educational ethics from three aspects of humanity, fair and rationality. It expounds the importance of reflected in education ethical issue by the comparison and analysis of the subjects of education technology AECT definition, embodies the appeal of ethics in AECT05 definition, and states the reason why the article studies the educational ethic issues in the angle of AECT05 definition.Chapter 3, the ethic issues are analyzed from the AECT05 definition in education process. It lists the problems from the three aspects of creating, using and managing during the education process. The education creating process is mainly interpreted from the aspects--the rationality and justice during establishing and implementing the education policies, the unfair education resources allocation, the inadequate rationality in teaching resources design and development, etc; the education using process is mainly analyzed from the ethic aspects of the teaching process and studying process; education managing process is stated in ethic problems, mainly from school administrative management and teaching management system, etc.Chapter 4 is the solutions of the educational ethic issues. They propose specific measures and approaches aimed to the education ethical issues from three aspects of creating, using and managing during the education process in the previous chapters. The following measures are taken aimed to the insufficient rational and fair education policies: sticking to and improving the scientific, democratic principles in policy making process; ensuring that policy content justice, Fully considering the interests of vulnerable groups, etc. And "sticking to and improving the scientific, democratic principles in policy making process" can be realized from the following aspects:expanding the scope of policy subjects constitute personnel, and ensuring the chance and quality of their participation; specifying the policy formulation process, strengthening parties participation in discussing correction; perfecting policy formulation supervision and security mechanism, ensuring that the policy-making has the sufficient time, efficiency and that are more scientific and democratic.
