Abstract


Psychological health education is an important part of qualify education. It is not only necessary for students, but also required for the developing society. In China, psychological health education has been carried out about more than twenty years. But comparing the foreign psychological health education, we find there are lots of problems should be solved. So the scientific and effective administration is necessary & urgent. Reviewing the history & state of psychological health education in America, Taiwan & Hongkong, We can get some enlightenment and experience from them. Meanwhile, we find some problems in people’s mind, in the process of implement, in the administration of psychological health education. To solve these problems, we should convert education concepts and strengthen the administration of psychological health education. By these administrative counter-measure, primary & middle schools’ psychological health education can be systematized and standardized scientifically.
