Abstract


Logistics is an emerging industry in China, although there are many researches, but there is not a specific research about technology strategy, in particular in the central and western regions. Because the economy is relatively backward, the strategy mostly to imitate the way to copy the advanced regions, In fact, logistics enterprise in central and western regions of China has the unique technology requirement basing on their area character and freight character.The main contents include: (1) Society category of technology and the existing condition and problem on logistics technology development of central and western regions. (2) Logistics technology strategies in abroad and the inspiration surround information;variety and technicality;systematic and constancy;intelligence and humanization;green and energy conservation. (3) Planning the technology strategies in central and western regions must Optimize the network systems and adopt the practical technique for the enterprise themselves, and emphasis the security administration of logistics informationize, come true the new development model, guide the industry make for the healthy and great-leap-forward development road.(4) Logistics technology strategies advise in central and western regions.This article is innovation: (1) Policy proposals for intensify the exchange of information and communication between enterprise and between the government departments and between the enterprise and government departments. (2) Set up the issues of indigenous innovation. (3) Develop the applicable technologies basing on their area character in central and western regions. (4) Emphasis network systems optimization the security administration in information Infrastructure.In short, this study hopes to be able to offer great policy basis for the development of technology strategies in middle-west area, so that logistics enterprise in central and western regions can be better and healthier.
