Abstract


Transition of resource-based cities is a worldwide problem, Especially the Urban Central Area of resource-based city. As a resource-based city’s economic, cultural, social, and political center, the Urban Central Area carry the main functions of resource-based cities, and coordinate the relationship between the various functions mainly through the economic functions.It have a double meaning that is the resources city transition and central city′functional optimization. The characteristics of its leading industry choice is special, and is constrainted by the central city resources, industry conditions, industry competition between urban status, policy constraints and other factors.The Urban Central Area′transition of resource-bases city play a key role in the whole city′transition, based on the Urban Central Area′function,life cycle theory of resource-based city, evolution theory of urban spatial structure. There is a analysis of leading industries features and selection principles of the Urban Central Area by taking the resource constraints of resource-based city into account. The article mainly aim at the Urban Central Area′eonomic transition of the resource-based Citys, and conjunction with the research of Kun District′transition,want to be able to provide the decision-making assistance to Kun District′eonomic transition , and provide a reference for other the resource-based Citys.This article altogether divides into five chapters.First chapter is the introductory remarks,introduced briefly the article research goal,the significance,the basic mentality,the research technique,simultaneously were simple the survey domestic and foreign scholars to do the research to the Urban Central Area of the resource-based Citys the present situation; Second chapter to introduc the theroy of the Urban Central Area of the resource-based Citys;Third chapter mainly to analyze the factors of the Urban Central Area of the resource-based Citys in eonomic transition ,and cite major models and Experience at home and abroad. Fourth chapter carries on the analysis to Kun District′eonomic transition. Fifth chapter to draw relevant conclusions,based on the practice of Kun District, that is: take the city functions as the main factor of the Urban Central Area of the resource-based Citys in eonomic transition, the choice of Leading Industries compling with the principle of dynamic change, and match the Urban Central Area of the resource-based City′functional structure.
