Abstract


As tourism developed rapidly in the past few years, the economic value of the tourist resources of protected areas in China showed up, expioring the tourist resources of protected areas became focus of the society. However, the pollution and destruction of the tourist resources of protected areas in China emerged and became worse.The ecological interest of the tourist resources of protected areas is far more important than the economic interest of the tourist resources of protected areas, so we need to protect the tourist resources of protected areas rigidly, to make sure the tourist resources of protected areas in China can develop sustainably. Because the legislation of the management system of the tourist resources of protected areas in China has executed for sixteen years, the nature of the tourist resources of protected areas in China is not clear and the problem with the pattern of manage, the situation of the tourist resources of protected areas in China is not good. So it is important that according to the nature of the tourist resources of protected areas, and considering the situation of China, seek a suitable pattern of manage, to legislate the management system of the tourist resources of protected areas in China.The thesis study on the tourist resources of protected areas in China, based on the analysis of the management of the tourist resources of protected areas in China, uses the experience of management which is from the national park system of the foreign developed country, regards the theories of public articles as guidelines, as the legislation to build a management system of the tourist resources of protected areas in China.This thesis can divide into five chapters:Chapter 1 introduce on the situation of the management system of the tourist resources of protected areas in China. This chapter let us know the nature of the tourist resources of protected areas in China well, to give the management of the tourist resources of protected areas in China a definition, and introduce on the situation of the management system of the tourist resources of protected areas in China detailed.Chapter 2 introduce on legislation situation of the management system which is from the tourist resources of protected areas in the United States of America, Canada and Japan, conclude the feature of the legislation situation of the management system which is from the tourist resources of protected areas in this three countries, summarize the enlightenment of the legislation of management which is from the tourist resources of protected areas of the foreign developed country.Chapter 3 introduce on the problems of the legislation of the management of the tourist resources of protected areas in China. From five parts which is legislative system of the management of the tourist resources of protected areas in China, administration, the pattern of manage, the interest of the management and the supervise system to write it.Among them the pattern of manage is the most, important of the management system of the tourist resources of protected areas in China.Chapter 4 analyse the necessary to perfect the legislation of the management system of the tourist resources of protected areas in China.Chapter 5 based on the analysis which we already have to make a consideration to perfect the legislation of the management system of the tourist resources of protected areas in China. Focus on the five problems of the management system of the tourist resources of protected areas in China, based on uses the experience of management which is from the tourist resources of protected areas of the foreign developed country to write this thesis, form the legislation to perfect the management system of the tourist resources of protected areas in China.
