Abstract


The map mathematics basic is the important embodiment of map science and accuracy, and is the important content of geography information space reference. The map mathematics basic refers to geodetic coordinate system, map projection system, altitude datum, depth system and map subdivision, number, zone dividing which are related. There are complex and different types of map mathematics basic all over the world. The research, which base on the countries and areas around, in map mathematics basics analysis and conversion in the world is unifying multi-source data space reference, using every country’s surveying and mapping production efficiently, and is necessary for military surveying and mapping informationization building.The paper studies the map mathematics basics conversion based on analysis on China and surrounding countries (areas), mainly including:1. The map mathematics basic information in China and some surrounding countries has been summarized and analyzed, which is prepared for global map mathematics basic transforming.2. The paper has studied re-positive solution for common latitude function which can be used in any ellipsoid: Newton iterative method, numerical approximation method and direct calculating method. The paper has testified these methods with high calculating precision, high calculating speed, easily for programming and practice.3. The paper has calculated positive solution and re-positive solution of especial map projection including polyconical projection, polar stereographic map projection, polyhedral projection.4. The Kriging Method based on data statistics, which is from geology, has been brought in. The method of transformation for contour which is not in meter is studied and implemented by VB+Surfer.5. The map mathematics basics conversion experiment system, which is applied well, has been developed based on the map mathematics basics conversion theory.The paper has done elementary discussion in map mathematics basic transformation and transition for global geography space information reference ,also has academic and practical meaning.
