Abstract


Combined with the situation of Sichuan Petroleum Surveying 425 Brigade, HSE management system has been studied in this text. Firstly, relevant theories of HSE have been analyzed. The connotation, the development, the implementing principles and the integrants of HSE have been described. The relations of HSEMS, ISO9000, and ISO14000 have been analyzed. Secondly, an applied comparison research to HSE management system in domestic and foreign countries has been completed. Then, this article has analyzed the inside and outside environment of HSE management system in Sichuan Petroleum Surveying 425 Brigade. Finally, this article has determined the main contents of implementing HSE management system in Sichuan Petroleum Surveying 425 Brigade.
