Abstract


Trust encourage as important component of spirit encourage that have enormous meanings to stimulate staff’s work enthusiasm and subjective initiative. It is the important factor to guarantee the staff grow up healthy and enterprises develop continuously. And the key of the relation of longitudinal train of thought in enterprises——administrators at all levels, have the representative meaning in enterprise staff’s trusting relationship. Because of the importance of trust encourage and representativeness of higher authorities, this research take the staff’s satisfaction of trust encouraged as the breakthrough point, through discussing the characteristic of staff’s trust needs , trust attributions and trust frustration coping and analyzing the appraisal to trust encourage measure , construct the scientific management system of enterprise staff’s trust encourage to raise movtivation of trust encourage and promote staff and enterprise common development from multi-level , many angle.Through investigate and analyze, this research obtain the main conclusions as follow:(1) Enterprise staff have relatively high expected to authorities’trust encourage, but theiri satisfaction to higher authorities’trust encourage in the general level, the encouragement of higher authorities’trust remain to further improve.(2) The characteristic of enterprise staff’s trust needs is quality trust as the most importance need and ability approve, quality trust and trust reward combine.(3) Enterprise staff regard personality trend factor(ability , quality , attitude, achievement) as the main reason for staff win higher authorities’trust, the external situational factor (interpersonal relationships, similar to higher authorities, luck, environment ) obtained the assisting reason for staff win higher authorities’trust.(4) Enterprise staff’s trust frustration coping could sum up 5 types, it admits degree is successively from high to low: grow up , escape , self- blame , accept and attack.(5) It is trust incentive measures that the most valued by the staff are constructing trust encourage environment and cultivating of higher authorities’ fine quality.(6) Staff with different sex, age, education , post and rank, property of enterprise appraise difference in, trust encourage satisfaction, characteristic of trust needs , trust attributions , trust frustration coping and appraisal of trust incentive measure. The difference on some factors is still analogous to the significance.
