Abstract


Background:Thrombosis is one of the important pathogenesis of Acute Myocardial Infarction. Platelets play an important role in thrombosis. More and more anti-platelet medications have been researched both chemical medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.The changes of platelet parameters in patients of acute myocardial infarction are obvious.Objective:To explore the regulation of the changes of platelet parameters for them who suffer from acute myocardial infarction, and during the whole treatment; To discuss the influence of Yugengtongyu Decoction to different types of chest numbness on the aspects of The changes of platelet parameters; And to observe the other influencing factors on platelet parameters.Results:1. The changes of platelet parameters’regulation of patients before and after treatment:the comparison of PDW and MPV, P> 0.05, no statistical difference; the compare of PLT, P<0.05, are significantly statistical differences.2. The changes of platelet parameters among the three groups of Qi diff iciency、blood stasis and phlegm stasis before and after treatment: the comparison of PLT3 between Qi difficiency and blood stasis, P< 0.05, has statistically significant.And the extent of increase in blood stasis group, is higher than the Qi difficiency group.3. The changes of platelet parameters influenced by other factors:Elderly and young、DM and N-DM through comparison, on the aspect of PLT, P> 0.05, no statistical difference; Two groups in MPV and PDW aspects, P< 0.05, have significantly statistical differences. MPV and PDW of Elderly and DM are higher than younger and N-DM group.Conclusion:1. Through the treatment, platelet parameters of the patients suffered with acute myocardial infarction, are changed a lot in PLT. But PDW and MPV don’t show obvious change in the whole selected patients. However, in other types of groups, PDW and MPV also appear some regulations.2. The effectiveness of Yugengtongyu Decoction for blood stasis is better than Qi difficiency.3. Advanced age and diabetes influence platelet parameters, especially on PDW and MPV.4. In nearly two weeks’treatment, PLT can be changed obviously;the change of PDW and MPV are not showed. Maybe they will be changed by a longer time.
