Abstract


Yan Wenliang ( 1893-1988 ) was a distinguished twentieth-century Chinese painter and art educator , in our modern and contemporary art history , art education occupies an important position . As the 20th century modern art education in China one of the pioneers , founded in 1922, Yan Wenliang Suzhou Academy of Fine Arts . Sixty years of hard work in order to develop art education garden, he paid all the energy and intelligence to students everywhere . Yan Wenliang colleges nationwide in 1952, after adjustment , to Hangzhou , Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts to participate in leadership and teaching. Although when he was already sixty, but for new Chinese art education, the teaching of the school extremely responsible .
