Abstract


Objective:To provid new treating method for slow dysrhythmia by studying and researching the type of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Choosed 80 cases in affiliated hospital of NanJing university of traditional Chinese medicine from June ,2005 to April ,2006. To analyses type of 80 cases and to observe the paticent’s clinical manifestation,the basic disease of modern medicine, laboratory examination and analyses theirs correlation, provid the new method for treating heart’s slow dysrhythmia by traditional Chinese medicine or modern medicine.Results:The proportion of deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG and other dialectical has no obviously difference.The coronary artery disease and hypertension are important motivation of heart’s slow dysrhythmia.Conclusion:1,The proportion of deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG and other dialectical has no obviously difference in low dysrhythmia.The deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG is the basic cause of a disease and the Yin- asthenia is an important cause. 2, The deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG has correlation with the long R-R interval. 3,The symptom has correlation with type.
