Using Real - time supersonic image to measure the gallbladder volume before and after meal.ResultCompared with normal persons, the first sensation thresholds and the urge sensation of IBS is lower significantly. The first sensation thresholds of Diarrhea -predominant IBS group is 33 ± 2.02 vs. 56 ± 4.04ml, the urge sensation is 86 ± 4.53 vs. 135 ± 3.55ml, p <0.01; The first sensation thresholds of Constipation - predominant IBS group and alternating constipation and diarrhea group is 42 ± 3.69 vs. 56 ± 4.04ml , 38 ± 3.56 vs. 56 ± 4.04ml, the urge sensation is 96 ± 3.45 vs. 135 ± 3.55ml, 102 ± 4.78 vs. 135 ± 3.55ml, p<0.05. Compared the pain - predominant IBS with the IBS without pain , the first sensation thresholds and the urge sensation was lower significantly.
