Abstract


ForwardRecently, Cerebral ischemin is becoming one of reasons of human being’s death of disease. Ischemin brain injury is one of the diseases. To investigate the expression of NT - 3 in rat with bone narrow stromal cells injected after the MCAO for 1 hour was induced and to study the protective effect of BMSCs a-gainst neuroal injury and possible roles of alteration in the expression of NT - 3 following cerebral ischemia in rat.MethodsForty - five wistar rats were randomly assigned in 3 groups; BMSCs - treated group,saline group, nothing group, there were 15 rats in each group. Firstly , temporary ischemia of the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) for 1 hour was induced by the suture occlusion tachnique . secondly, after BMSCs were proliferated, marked with BrdU and pre - diferentiated in vitro, the BrdU - marked BMSC were injected into rats in the experimental and control groups through vein systems, and then their distributions were observed in varied brain areas histologically. Finally, according to the methods above - mentioned to make MCAO model and vein injected into rats successfully, we measure these following things these rats were killed at 3.7. 14 days after cerebral ischemia scores of function and at the same time HE staining immunohistochemistry staining for BrdU.
