Abstract

Common species of the freshwater calyciflorus rotifer (Brachionus calyciflorus) test animals to 17β-estradiol as a positive control, the use of technology as well as groups of life table cumulative culture methods, research deltamethrin, DDT dicofol and endosulfan insecticide on population dynamics, the main results are as follows: 1 Life Table survival calyciflorus rotifers exposed to different concentrations of deltamethrin solution and reproduction. The results show that the deltamethrin make rotifer survival time was significantly shortened, reduced reproductive rates; deltamethrin concentrations up to 3.6mg / L, the rotifer shortest survival time, the lowest rate of reproduction. Compared with the control group, in addition to 1.2mg / L, the concentration of deltamethrin rotifer reproductive preliminary significantly prolonged; concentration of 0.6 and 1.2mg / L deltamethrin the rotifer reproductive period significantly longer, while the concentration of 2.4 and 3.0 mg / L deltamethrin while filling the rotifer reproductive period significantly shortened; 1.2mg / L deltamethrin the rotifer average significantly prolong the life. The the rotifer life expectations, generation time, net reproductive rate and population intrinsic rate of decline with deltamethrin concentration increased. Deltamethrin concentrations up to 1.2mg / L, the net reproductive rate of the rotifer start with the control group, a significant difference; intrinsic rate of rotifer from deltamethrin concentration increased up to 2.4mg / L began with the control group, a significant difference. Deltamethrin toxicity monitoring, net reproductive rate is a more sensitive indicator than the intrinsic rate. 2 to investigate the use of life table techniques 0.08, 0.16, 0.32, 0.64 and 1.28mg of the / L DDT, dicofol and 17β-estradiol on freshwater species calyciflorus rotifers larval stage lasted survival, reproductive, and life table parameters the impact. Compared with the control group, higher than 0.16 mg / L of DDT and dicofol significantly prolonged the the rotifers larval stage lasted. DDT concentrations above 0.16mg / L the rotifer net reproductive rate, life expectancy, and the intrinsic rate of increase and the average life expectancy was significantly reduced. When dicofol concentrations above 0.32mg / L, the rotifer net reproductive rate and intrinsic rate began to significantly lower when dicofol concentration of 1.28mg / L, the the rotifer life expectations and the average life expectancy significantly lower. DDT and dicofol rotifers generation time within the range 0.08-1.28mg / L had no significant effect. 17β-estradiol on the 0.08-1.28mg / L within rotifers larval stage lasted the life table parameters had no significant effect. 3 groups accumulated culture technology, two algae density (1.0 × 106cells/ml 3.0 × 106cells/ml obliquus Scenedesmus) concentration of DDT (0.05,0.1,0.2,0.4 mg / L), dicofol (0.1 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 mg / L), endosulfan (0.27,0.54,1.08,2.16 mg / L) and deltamethrin (0.3,0.6,1.2,2.4 mg / L) of freshwater species calyx flower arm tail wheel insect population growth. The results found that, with the rise of food concentration, rotifers enhanced resistance to poisons. When the DDT a concentration of 0.05-0.4mg / L, dicofol concentration of 0.2mg / L and the concentration of endosulfan 0.27,0.54 and
