Abstract

However, as with many things, this seems to institutional forms should be immediate in our practice effect is not so satisfactory. Combined with the existence of the relevant laws, blank, social integrity deficiencies such as the quality of personnel to keep up with practical problems, we can not but arouse people's concerns. How to recognize and deal with these issues, and how to better promote the development of securities brokers in our country is a major issue we face. In this as a breakthrough, more systematic and in-depth research and analysis on the development of China's securities brokers, is divided into six chapters: the first chapter, noting that securities brokers including legal form and natural persons morphology, including natural persons form securities broker this The focus of the study. In the second chapter, from the principal - agent theory, incentive theory and marketing theory to further analyze the securities brokers how to develop from a different perspective for the development of the securities broker to provide a theoretical foundation.
