Abstract


Cash management (CASH MANAGEMENT), means commercial banks to rely on the financial settlement network, mainly e-banking channels for high-end corporate customers comprehensive, personalized money management services, the bank to the middle of the settlement class business as the core of the integration of a wide range of services and products related to account management, and accounting for funds imputation, corporate account overdrafts, information consulting and other aspects. Cash management for customers, is tantamount to the means of bank funds settlement network, build their own \high savings, high loan, high financial costs into low deposit, low loan, low financial costs, and can at the same time enjoy the commercial banks to provide value-added professional financial services. For banks, the cash management business will help stabilize the bank-enterprise cooperation; reduce the cost of banking transactions, and to provide the money for the intermediate business income; help build long-term credit management mechanisms also contribute to the deep development of the high-quality customer . This article closely integrated domestic and international cash management business development practice, based on market and customer focus on banks to maximize the value of systematic analysis of product features and contribution analysis for the broad prospects for development of the cash management business, all kinds of gold customers the business needs, the text has elaborated and objective comments. The article is divided into four parts to elaborate. The first part is an overview of the basic principles and development of the commercial bank cash management process. The second part lists characteristics of the foreign commercial banks cash management and analysis through case. The third part of a more detailed analysis of the current situation of China's cash management. The part of the first overview of the development of our cash management process, several common mode of operation is described in chart form, and cited case studies, and finally a more systematic analysis of the main problems in the business of commercial banks to develop. Put forward their own ideas on the basis of the analysis shows that of the first three parts, the fourth part of the article on the development of the commercial bank cash management. Three major changes to further clarify the target customers, improve the means of business services and support mechanisms, promote commercial banks cash management, the shift from extensive to compliance management by a single business platform to an integrated business, from cash management to wealth management changes.
