Abstract


Government information is a large, complex system which needs scientific planning , careful organization and effective management. In this paper, Xiamen Local Taxation Bureau 's information construction project as a case study to a large number of first-hand material , based on analysis, summed up 10 years of Xiamen to build a comprehensive \the successful experience. The crux of these experiences , Xiamen Local Taxation Bureau conscientiously implement the \business management system , including the tax , the tax administration systems and external information management system application systems, successfully information technology and tax law and optimization services together organically . The full text is in three parts. The first part of the Xiamen City, \The second part of the analysis of Xiamen City, \other aspects of the experience gained . The third part of the Xiamen City, \This paper attempts to pass information on the Xiamen Municipal Local Taxation Bureau of the road systematic analysis , to explore the successful experience , summed successful method for government information technology departments provide a useful reference .
