Abstract


Credit risk is the risk of major commercial banks , especially in our country . The shorter course of development of China 's commercial banks , credit risk management philosophy, means, methods are more backward . Improved credit risk management methods , improve risk management , China 's commercial banks may also be the introduction of foreign advanced risk management methods . Credit risk management methods based on economic capital is one of them , around the economic capital , that is used for the capital needed to compensate for unexpected losses , to measure the credit risk evaluation and control can not only cater to shareholders , external regulators , risk managers , fund managers demand , under our current system can be a good solution to the problem of business development and risk management match . More appropriate to our current situation , China's commercial banks into economic capital , risk management , Select KMV management mode , but because of China's capital market is very imperfect , open and accurate information is difficult to obtain , making it difficult to breach the distance ( DD ) to statistical expectation defaults , so expect default rates and then the management model of KMV risk management is the best choice for China 's commercial banks to credit rating to statistics . Finally , based on the design of China 's commercial banks , credit risk management processes based on the economic capital of credit risk management approach , specific comments raised the credit risk management process reengineering . Papers are mainly composed of five parts : The first part describes the elements of credit risk management and general management process ; second part describes the course of the credit risk management of commercial banks in China , the current core content and the problems ; Part III describes the economic capital the fourth part of the meaning of the calculation process and all aspects of credit risk management around the economic capital ; need to clarify China 's commercial banks credit risk management based on economic capital , feasibility and management specifically introduced the fifth part of the basis of the content; the first four parts of the elaborate design of China 's commercial banks credit risk management framework and process reengineering .
