Abstract


After joining the WTO , the domestic refined oil market drop gradually deregulated , which will give the domestic refined oil market is too much uncertainty . China Petroleum \u0026 Chemical Co. , Ltd. Fujian Branch of oil ( hereinafter referred to as Sinopec Fujian Branch of oil ) as the largest distributor of refined oil market in Fujian Province , on the occasion of the opening of the refined oil market should choose what kind of development strategy , which is in the petrochemical Fujian Branch of oil is an urgent need to solve the problem. Sinopec Fujian Branch of oil in which the internal and external environment analysis and gives a preliminary answer . This paper is divided into seven sections. The first part of the refined oil market situation and the accession to the WTO commitments , highlighted in the context of the slow recovery of the global economy , the basic situation of the domestic oil market supply and demand , as well as the main competition of the domestic oil market and the current government regulatory policy .
