Abstract


State’s rural policies, tasks must be to implement the township level of government. Thus it is also the national will in the rural community of output terminals. Therefore, the efficiency of township government execution of integrated direct impact on the stability of the regime and the national economy. However, the immediate fact is:execution of the township government there was less one way or another,which Resulting in a lack of standardized administrative implementation, a single means of implementation, enforcement procedures and a series of complex issues. Therefore, it is necessary to explore in depth the reasons for weak enforcement of the township government and how to improve the execution of the township government.Based on the above, this paper as the starting point of the township government, to combine forces on the Government to implement the theory, through the execution of government execution and the concept of township government to be defined and discussed, which summarizes the implementation of township government in our government work force The important role played by, and then clear:the construction of a harmonious society in China and new rural construction background, enhance the execution of the township government is a very urgent and important task.
