Abstract

's Rapid economic development has led to increasing consumption and emissions of heavy metals , worsening pollution caused by heavy metals , become an important factor in the impact of the level of people's health and socio-economic development , and determination of the workers is to analyze the separation and enrichment of trace heavy metal ions important research. The cloud point extraction is the recent development of a new type of liquid - liquid extraction technology , it does not use volatile organic agent , environmental and operator friendly . The phenomenon of solubility and cloud point of the technology to the aqueous solution of surfactant micelles by changing the experimental parameters induced phase separation , the separation of the hydrophobic material with a hydrophilic substance . As the cloud point extraction technologies with high extraction efficiency , enrichment factor , easy to operate , economic, security , etc. , by the widespread concern and attention , and in the separation and enrichment of organic pollutants, biological macromolecules , metal ion , and elements morphological analysis has been widely used. The purpose of this paper is to carry out a systematic study of the main factors of the HPLC-ICP-MS and cloud point extraction associated with technology and the impact of heavy metal ions in the cloud point extraction efficiency , and applied to actual samples of trace metal ions separation and morphological analysis . The main contents are summarized as follows: 1, the to establish cloud point extraction separation / preconcentration combined with high performance liquid chromatography - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS) separation of a new method for determination of ultra trace mercury species . System affecting cloud point extraction efficiency of various factors to determine the best cloud point extraction and liquid chromatography separation conditions , the method has been successfully applied to the detection of trace environmental water samples and biological samples MeHg and Hg2 , MeHg and Hg2 The detection limits were 10 ng / L and 4 ng / L . 2 , using electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS) as a means of detection , dilute phase surfactant solution into the graphite tube after the thallium atom behavior and spectral background , cloud point extraction efficiency on the impact of the heavy metal ions thallium the systematic study of a variety of factors to determine the optimum extraction conditions , the method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace amounts of thallium in drinking water , tap water and river water , the detection limit for 0.07μg / L .
