Abstract


Tang Shan area shadow play and its music was analyzed through the field inspections and the interviews on the spot to the fold shadow play troupe and the local shadow play artist to limit the research on the shadow play artist—the carrier of this kind of art form .By the exploration to the surviving status of the shadow play artist and shadow play art in different social-culture environment , the surviving and developing historical situation of this art form was uncovered .By the research to the relation between the tone and the words to find out the characteristics of singing“according to the words”of the folk music art ,and to the interactive relation of the accompany and vocal music in the show ,the musical structural style of the shadow play artist was explained . This kind of fold music formative rules, its survival characteristics in the folk society and its fate in modern political, economical and cultural society was showed through the analyses of the survival styles and the formation of folk shadow play troupe.The thesis is composed by the introduction, the body and the conclusion and the body is divided into three chapters.Chapter 1 mainly discussed the Tang Shan shadow play origin and introduced Tang Shan shadow play and shadow play artist form song Dynasty to the current in stages.Chapter 2 stated the aria characteristics of Tang Shan shadow play“singing according to the words”in the view of music morphology and linguistics. The two different combination styles of the accompany and the aria during the show was studied by the analyze of the relation between the aria and the words according the“singing according to the words”
