Abstract


To improve production safety of coal mining enterprises in recent years started to increase security costs to investment, however , production safety situation is still grim . The crux of the matter is that the security cost of inputs and irrational structure , resulting in low efficiency security . Returns on Investment for the best security costs , the required depth to explore the cost of coal mine safety and its optimization . Connotation and basic theory of the security costs of coal mining enterprises to explore , analyze the elements of the security costs of coal mining enterprises . Security assurance and security costs of the relational model as the theoretical basis of the security cost optimization , security costs constitute the intrinsic function relationship between the elements and security costs , the introduction of the Cobb-Douglas production function , the establishment of the Coal Mine Safety cost optimization model . Empirical research, analysis of a coal mining enterprises , security costs into the present characteristics of the use of the security cost optimization model to optimize its security costs , to draw best investment in security costs and optimize the structure , and to provide scientific enterprise security cost input in decision - making basis.
