Abstract


Succession to the ownership of the transformation of the topic, as early as in the "inheritance" has been issued by the beginning of a heated debate, there are three theoretical perspectives on the world, that moment of transformation that the transition that and compromise said. But until today, no consensus. As with the social and economic structure, private property, status, and family relationship changes, people’s perceptions and attitudes inherited property also will be changed. Clearly, the current "Law of Succession" in some areas can not meet and respond to today’s social and economic life needs. Transformation of the ownership right of inheritance is not only conducive to the reunification of the problem in understanding the bias, but also to accelerate the "inheritance" of the changes.This paper discusses three aspects of the topic. The first part introduces the concept of inheritance and the ownership relationship with the second part describes three theoretical views and their assessment carried out one by one, the third part of the contents of the orientation and position of the transition, said transition, said the "inheritance" to modify significance.
