Abstract


Enterprise sales information system is a computer-aided sales management software. It involves the main sales flow includes: sales management, customer information management, finance information collecting, warehouse management etc. Because of the advantages of computer on data handling and data saving, enterprise sales information system use to help system user to increase the efficiency of work, dependability. Enterprise sales information system also provides search and statistics functions as well. Enterprise sales information system is using client/server technology. It is multi-module software and face to sales department and sales related departments. It is based on popular c/s structure Break the limitation of old version information system. All client computers can access one database at the same time. Because clients can access the database in information system at any place and any time, it enhances the ability of system data share. Because this system adopted popular and standard network technology, it also increases the ability of transplant. This system is designed in modularization and kept upgrade interface. Also, the windows based Operator Interface is easy for use. For the security, we use a separate module to control the user priority, it will ensure the user cannot do anything exceed his authority. During guarantee all advantages above, we try to debase the computer hardware which is used to run the enterprise sales information system. The we can provide a better ROI(return of invest) system for the enterprise.After the researching, I got following Achievements:Advanced technology: information system base on c/s technology, implement the data management in one computer, and provide data share. Information system guarantees the data consistency and reduces system maintenance workload.System gives service for system users and manages the sales databaseDesign the special module for software copyright protection product sales.High security: ensure the user cannot do anything exceed his authority.
