Abstract


Purpose by 16-slice CT in patients with renal cell carcinoma line in the same layer dynamic enhanced scan , as well as the use of the immunohistochemical assay surgical specimens organization microvascular density and vascular endothelial growth factor expression to explore kidney cancer CT dynamic enhancement characteristics and tumor angiogenesis relationship , from the point of view of the imaging in order to search for a non-invasive , fast , to evaluate tumor angiogenesis in vivo may repeat the implementation of the method for assessing clinical utility of anti-angiogenic therapy . 16-slice CT Testblous sequence method were applied in 23 cases of renal cell carcinoma patients with dynamic enhanced scan time - density curve ( T- DC ) , the calculation of dynamic CT indicators , including the maximum linear slope ( S ) of the curve segment . The biggest change in value of enhanced CT (△ HU ) , peak time ( PT ) , vascular enhancement ratio ( TBR ) . Strengthen type the l segment slope (S) Ascending divided into A , B , C-type time - density curve (T-DC) . Take the two-step surgical specimens of tissue using Elivision immunohistochemistry , and microvessel density ( MVD ) , vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) count , dynamic contrast-enhanced CT parameters and MVD , VEGF correlation analysis . Results 1. The cancer tissue time - density curve (T-DC) liter segment slope (S) size can be divided into 3 type : A , B , C -type . 2. Strengthen liter segment of the curve type slope (S), enhanced CT after the biggest change in value the (△ HU) , and vascular enhancement ratio (TBR) difference was significant ( P <0.05 ) . 3. Kidney cancer microvessel density (MVD) and dynamic CT parameters liter segment slope (S), the biggest change in value of enhanced CT (△ HU), tissue the vessel enhancement ratio (TBR) has a significant positive correlation ( r = 0.652,0.581 0.625) . 4. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) protein expression were significant differences ( P <0.05 ) between the positive rate of microvascular density (MVD) and dynamic CT indicators . 5.
