Objective To investigate the diffuse large B-cell lymphoma , NF - κB p50 ( Nuclear factor of {kappa} B , NF -κB ) , VEGF ( Vascular endothelial growth factor , VEGF ) and MVD (Microvascular density) expression and its clinical significance . Methods Immunohistochemical SP method on 62 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma , 10 cases of reactive hyperplasia in NF-κBp50, VEGF and MVD in lymph node tissue for testing . . The results of 62 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in the NF-κBp50 positive expression rate 63% (39/62), VEGF positive expression rate was 68% (42 / 62) , both in the lymph node reactive hyperplasia not expressed ; NF -κBp50 expression and pathological type and treatment response ( P lt; 0.05 ) . VEGF and MVD expression IPI and LDH values ??, tumor stage , pathological type and treatment response ( P lt; 0.05 ) . NF - κB p50 and MVD value of VEGF positive expression group was significantly higher than the negative group . NF-κBp50 expression and VEGF expression was positively correlated (r = 0.285, P = 0.025). The conclusion of NF-κBp50 of VEGF expression has a positive regulatory role , thereby promoting tumor angiogenesis , plays an important role in the occurrence and development of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma , NF - κB p50 , VEGF detection helps in the forecast the degree of malignancy and response to treatment .
