Abstract


Production field devices and process information collected by the scheduling system to achieve production status monitoring , and production management . Monitoring equipment and processes on the production site is the organization of production , enterprise management, leadership, decision-making based on the most basic information and automation of the production process . The problems faced by SMEs , combined with the request made by the chocolate grinding workshop , the main research contents of this paper are: to establish a the chocolate grinding workshop production condition monitoring system . First, two and three chapters first introduced the production scheduling and equipment to monitor the status of research at home and abroad , according to the workshop production of the hot issues of Condition Monitoring and Control , the main work of the system . And the actual situation of enterprises and project requirements introduced . Given the overall program of the workshop production status monitoring system . Chapter in accordance with the requirements of the equipment condition monitoring and analysis of the design and function of each part of the workshop production status monitoring system hardware platform . Data acquisition card, sensors , switch control device design principles, selection principles and parameters . The fifth chapter analyzes the workshop production status monitoring system software platform . Of the data collection and management module parameter setting module , scheduling module design ideas and features , design and application of a detailed description of the production status . Chapter by the specific instance to verify the application of the system in the enterprise . Chapter VII summarizes the work done by the paper , Prospects for further work .
