Abstract


Through the study of the structure and principles of the drill rig hydraulic system , hydraulic system fault detection techniques summarized , based on the theory of knowledge engineering , the use of object-oriented design method was constructed based ESP ( expert System Platform) platform hydraulic system fault diagnosis expert system . Full hydraulic drill rig hydraulic system , the structure and working principle of the hydraulic components of research and analysis to summarize and summary of the hydraulic system fault detection method parameter detection method works focus on its application in the theory Research and analysis on the main parameters affecting the drilling , collected a drill rig in the production process of the hydraulic system of common faults and their causes .
