Abstract


E-Business changes the development of the social business activities today, following the development of the information technology at the same time, economy is high-speed the tide of sweeps across the whole world. It has brought the deep change to regulation means, management theory, consumption, etc. In recent years, supply chain management (SCM for short) is a new management mode which is paid attention to whatever domestic and abroad. It plays an important role in many aspects. Internet auctions are widely applied by more and more companies to sell products and choose vendors. It’s a trend now for enterprises to employ E-Business to converge SCM to maintain their competitive advantages. Therefore, it is an important subject of study.The thesis begins to introduce the basic concepts in the E-Business and Internet auction. We analyze the development stages of E-Business: the E-Business based on EDI and Internet, respectively. We also introduce the application of E-Business in enterprises’management, and analyze the traditional auctions and Internet auctions, SCM and the inventory theory in detail. Secondly, an auction formalism in On sale, Inc. is formulated as a Markov decision process model to solve the optimal allocation and ordering problems based on inventory, and we get V1 (i ) is K-concave, etc. Finally, We analyze the development and realization process of integrated supply chain management based on E-Business. And a model of integrated supply based on E- Business is given.
