Abstract


China has basically entered the mid-industrialization stage, the future is the transition to the later stages of industrialization. With industrialization and urbanization accelerated, the process of industrialization in developed countries a century phases to the environmental issues in China in recent 30 years has focused on the development process emerged, showing structural, composite, compression characteristics. China’s environmental protection work is facing unprecedented pressures and challenges. Natural disasters and environmental risks caused by human activities increasing, environmental degradation has not been fundamentally eliminated, companies are still widespread violations, environmental highlights potential risks, environmental emergencies and incentives more diverse and complex. This paper consists of four parts:PartⅠ:Introduction Zijin Mining pollution incidents. This section briefly describes the basic case of Zijin Mining pollution case, and the case of the environmental emergency management is outlined.PartⅡ:Environmental Emergency management of content. This section focuses on the Environment and the basic theory of emergency management, crisis events and emergencies, crisis management and emergency management, environmental emergencies and other concepts are defined in detail.PartⅢ:China’s Environmental Emergency Management of the status quo. The first part of our overall state of environmental emergency was analyzed, and then combined with the case discusses in detail the shortcomings of existing emergency response mechanism, and finally a comparative analysis of the U.S. environmental emergency response system.PartⅣ:China’s Environmental Emergency management strategies of thinking. This section is based on the earlier mechanism of China’s environmental problems in emergency response and prevention mechanisms for foreign study environmental events, from environmental events before, during, after three angle of incident prevention and handling of environmental countermeasures and suggestions.
