Abstract


The hydrodebenzolizing unit of reformed gasoline was put into production on Decemmer 2004. But there were a series of problems which influenced the operation safety and stability, for example, the concentration of benzene in reformed gasoline was as high as 6.78% and the operation stability was about 83%, and 800m3/h of fuel gas was wasted. After analyzing and studying, the resons resulted in the problems were found: there were design bugs in flare system of process end gas, which lead energy waste; the were not catalyst passivation and regeneration equipments in the unit, so it was difficult to load and regenerate; the coking rate was so high that the normal application period was shorten; the structure of the reactor was inconsistency which induced much difficulty in catalysts loading and partly coking of catalysts.Some measures were used to solve the above problems: accessorial pipelines were used to increase the pressure of the fuel lines; the operation of debenzenation tower was sbablized to avoid the lose of fuel gas and increase the liquid products yield; the flare system for end gas emission of debenzenation unit was change into fuel gas system for enegy recovery and operation stabilization.The abcent catalysts treatment system was change into desiccation lines with molecular sieve for catalysts regeneration, which cluld optimize the catalysts regeneration process and extend their period.The load height, load capacity and load messures were improved through a new load tool, thus a new catalysts load process was set up, which simplified the operation and avoided catalysts coking.The inner accessory of the reactor were changed and improved, and some sieve plates were used under the row pipes, which solved the loading difficulty of catalysts and porcelain balls and avoided changing the distribution of oil and gas.The debenzenation process of reforming unit was rebuilt so the operation efficient was improved greatly. So the benzene concentration was decreased from 6.78% to 0.5%, the operation stability was increased from 82% to 99% and it saved 800m~3/h fuel gas.
