Lung cancer is one of the common malignant tumor , prone to early metastasis . Research reported epithelial cell adhesion molecule (epithelial cadherin, E-Cad) expression with tumor size , histological type , invasion and metastasis are closely related. All-trans retinoic acid (all-trans retinoic acid, ATRA) is a poly- unsaturated fatty acids , essential amino acids , it has anti-tumor growth and metastasis . Mainly for the regulation of the expression of E-Cad drugs the ATRA, anticancer drugs , such as interferon impact not on the Yiqihuoxue Chinese (the Chinese herbal medicine of YIQIHUOXUE, YQHX) lung cancer cell lines in vitro growth inhibition and expression of E-Cad reported. The objective of this study is that growth inhibition the observation YQHX of lung cancer cell lines in vitro expression of E -Cad and invasion , compared with ATRA , seeking effective control lung cancer growth and metastasis ideal Chinese proprietary . In this study, using cell counts and SP immunohistochemistry , image analysis , and the invasion of a small room , observation of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 NC-H446 small-cell lung cancer cell lines YQHX, ATRA treatment at different times after cell growth conditions , E- Cad expression and invasion . Main results: 1g / L YQHX , 10 -5 sup > mmol / L ATRA role of the two cell lines inhibit the growth , respectively, compared with the control group there was a significant statistical learning differences (P < 0.01 ) . ATRA intervention NC- H446 , A549 positive expression rate of the two cell lines E-Cad from 12 ± 8 % , 23 ± 11 % to 36 ± 12 % , 37 ± 19% ; the IOD , respectively, from 78.5 ± 16.9 before and after the intervention , 109.8 ± 13.2 to 211.9 ± 13.8233.4 ± 14.6 , compared with a very significant statistical difference (P < 0.01 ) . ATRA intervention NC- H446 , A549 , two cell lines through the the Matrigel cell counts were 139.8 ± 40.27,99.3 ± 50.89 , while the control group, the intervention group compared with the control group were 219.1 ± 65.46,146.3 ± 52.7, there are non-
