Abstract


To adapt to the opportunities and challenges of the corporate training after China 's accession to the WTO , in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of China 's corporate training , and experience of foreign enterprises in this field and improve the efficiency of the training system . Adjust the antiquated and is not suitable for the production of modern economic and social development requirements of corporate training and through analysis and reference , and the establishment of a sound and efficient training support mechanisms . Firstly, through market segmentation theory to export the importance of corporate training , corporate training content selection mechanism and organizational factors that affect the practice and development . The second part of the analysis of the actual situation of China 's corporate training , and shackles training to become the driving force behind the enterprise development status quo , and cited the current work . Again , in a lot of possession of the information on the basis of foreign ( mainly in Germany , Japan , the United States , three in this highly representative of the country ) in the form of corporate training , characteristics and successful experience is reviewed . Finally , on the basis of the above description and analysis , combined with the reality of China 's social and economic development and trends , and proposed measures to ensure that China's enterprises orderly , healthy , practical training .
