Abstract


Shenyang oilfield is the biggest base producing oil of high solidifying point in China, solidifying point of crude oil is above 67 Celsius degree, when running in the hole and perforating during work over, the operations do not go on because of paraffin wax. After that we run gauge in the hole and clean out, but it has defaults about difficult operation, long period, high cost and bad effect, so the author establish project and research the problem.In view of the fact, the author cleans out paraffin wax in the casing of the oil well of high solidifying point by using physical and chemical measures, and develops the cleaning out paraffin wax tool. By the use of the tool, cut and shatter paraffin wax in the casing in the way of high pressure hydraulic power, thus circulate with chemical agent solution water to clean the well, the circulation water can prevent paraffin wax from re condensing.The experiments show that this paraffin remover/inhibitor has fast rate of paraffin removing, good property of paraffin inhibiting and moderate stability and the tool has advantages about easy hand and less cost, so it can be applied to oil fields.
