Abstract


The pharmaceutical industry has a very important role for the protection and promotion of national health and improve the quality of life , and thus become one of the China 's fastest growing sunrise industry . The scale of China 's pharmaceutical market is growing, will become the largest pharmaceutical market in the world within the next decade . But the the traditional wholesale pharmaceutical enterprises in China due to long-term by the impact of the planned economic system , operational efficiency is low, slow response of the market and customer needs , supplied as a negotiable security logistics seriously inadequate . The rapid development of information technology , network technology , and after joining the WTO policy implications of the huge change in the competitive environment makes China 's pharmaceutical distribution field , the fierce market competition has forced traditional pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises must find a new logistics model to improve the existing problems. The authors believe that the third - party medical logistics is a good choice , the traditional pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises can learn from third-party medical logistics professional management experience , facilities and a well-developed network and information technology to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and the level of customer service .
