Abstract


Currently, the JIT (time production) model has been widely used in the production process of the production-oriented enterprises today, JIT has become an effective tool for manufacturing enterprises to gain competitive advantage in terms of efficiency and cost. Procurement functions as one of the important functions of the production-oriented enterprises in the JIT mode environment should also take appropriate improvements to the JIT purchasing patterns, that is, by the traditional procurement model transition. China's rubber polymerization industry relative to Western countries, a late start, the foundation is weak, technical strength, research and development efforts are relatively backward. Participate in international competition in such a situation is quite unfavorable. Western countries due to reasons of environmental protection, science and technology content gradually began rubber polymerization industrial transferred to the third world countries, and China as the \Therefore, China's rubber polymerization industry began to form scale, and began flourishing. So, in front of the the rubber polymerization enterprises in China, there are opportunities, but also challenges, to become the brunt of the problem of how to optimize the efficiency and cost of China's rubber polymerization. The paper argues that, to take advanced procurement management thinking, especially in the application of JIT purchasing patterns in the supply chain environment, efficiency improvement and cost reduction will bring for the rubber polymerization enterprises in China, and enhance the international competitiveness of our rubber polymerization enterprises. In this paper, for the study of of rubber polymerization domestic businesses from both theoretical and practical aspects of research, demonstration of JIT purchasing mode in the the rubber polymerization enterprise in a positive role. Firstly, starting from the theoretical basis, introduced in the supply chain environment at home and abroad about the procurement model theory, and the generation of JIT purchasing patterns, principles, advantages, and major significance are discussed below in the theoretical aspects of the formation of foreshadowing. Contact practice, analysis of the domestic rubber polymerization enterprise procurement model status quo, tire companies and industrial products companies, raised the problems that exist in practice, and analyze the reasons behind these problems, pointed out that in the domestic rubber polymerization enterprise the need for the implementation of JIT purchasing patterns. This is the practical aspects of analysis and research. Then the theoretical aspects elaborated the JIT purchasing patterns, from the balanced production kanban control system and supplier management discusses how to build effective JIT purchasing model, a systematic theoretical model to guide business practice. And then returned to practice, to Qingdao, a wholly foreign-owned rubber polymerization enterprises - Qingdao Hexagon Polymers Compounding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as \problems and their causes, followed by the implementation of JIT purchasing patterns, from team building, ready to work until the implementation is complete. Throughout the implementation process of the JIT procurement mode theory as the basis and guiding ideology, as the actual results of the verification of the theory, so that \By the above theory and Hexagon JIT purchasing patterns before and after results of the comparative analysis, certainly made progress and achievements, and pointed out the shortcomings in the implementation of the work as well as future work, the next step to improve the direction and goals, and by extension to our rubber polymerization the procurement model development direction of the enterprise as a whole.
