Abstract


In this paper, maleic rosin , sodium hydroxide , calcium nitrate and magnesium nitrate as raw materials , were successfully prepared by solution reaction of maleic rosin calcium and maleic rosin magnesium , using orthogonal test method and reaction conditions were optimal conditions . By infrared spectroscopy instrument ( IR ) , X - diffraction analysis instrument ( XRD ) , scanning electron microscopy (with EDAX ) , differential thermal - thermal gravimetric analysis ( TG- DTA ) , the analysis and characterization of the structure of the product . The results show that : the use of maleic rosin the calcium are crystalline compounds prepared by this method ; through orthogonal experiment found that , in the preparation of maleic rosin calcium process parameters using liquid reaction , the reaction temperature is the most significant influence on the yield , the reaction time and Ca ( NO 3 < / sub >) 2 < / sub > the influence of the initial concentration of the reaction temperature is significantly better than , when the reaction temperature is 338 K and the reaction time was 30 min , Ca (NO < sub> 3 < / sub >) 2 < / sub> initial concentration was 0.215 mol / L highest yield ; maleic rosin sodium and Ca (NO 3 < / sub >) 2 affect the purity of the Malay Malay rosin calcium ratio of the amount of substance , the preparation of pure maleic rosin maleic rosin sodium calcium and Ca (NO 3 < / sub >) 2 < / sub> ratio of the amount of substance should be controlled between 1:1.2 to 1:1.5 . The maleated rosin obtained by using this method, magnesium is also a crystalline compound ; the orthogonal experiments show that in the process of preparation of maleic rosin magnesium , the influence of the reaction temperature on the yield of the most significant , and the reaction time and Mg (NO 3 < / sub >) 2 of the influence of the initial concentration of the reaction temperature is significantly better than .
