Abstract


2 - substituted benzothiazole is a class of bicyclic compounds having pharmacological activity . This study focused on several green synthesis of these compounds . Synthesis research paper is divided into two parts : 1 , aqueous medium - substituted benzothiazole ; 2 green medium polyethylene glycol (PEG) , 2 - substituted benzothiazole synthesis method . First portion Summary of the 2 - substituted benzothiazole Synthesis and water medium application in organic synthesis , and to study and explore : (1) an aqueous medium , o - aminothiophenol and aliphatic aldehydes , aromatic aldehydes , or aryl carboxamido the condensation reaction of the aldehyde of Preparation of 2 - substituted benzothiazole; (2) of 2 , 2'- diaminodiphenyl disulfide , and aromatic aldehydes in aqueous medium as substrate Preparation of 2 - aryl benzothiazoles . Summarization of the second portion of the green medium application of polyethylene glycol (PEG) in the organic synthesis , and studied and discussed : (1) PEG-400 , 2 - hydroxy - 1 ,2 - two aryl ethanone or 1 Preparation of 2 , 2 - diaryl - dione with an amino group of thiophenol in acetic synthesized in the silica load chloro sulfonic acid ( SSA ) catalytic 2 - aryl benzothiazoles ; (2) PEG-400 medium without catalyst under the conditions - substituted benzothiazole . The above method is simple , easy separation of the product , high yield , etc. , in line with the concept of green chemistry , provide a new method for the synthesis of 2 - substituted benzothiazole derivatives .
