Abstract

Dyeing wastewater has become one of the key sources of pollution of the environment, methylene blue is one of the typical organic pollutants, an important object of the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment. Photocatalytic oxidation provides a new way for the treatment of dye wastewater. The research and development of new photocatalytic materials and technology is very important. Based oxy hydroxy carboxylic acid metal titanium complexes with structural characteristics of multi-core cluster structure and peroxy, as the object of study, the researchers applied directly to the performance of the photocatalytic degradation of dye wastewater, and then as a precursor synthesis nano-titanium dioxide, studies the structure of the material and the photocatalytic oxidation of dye wastewater performance. Hope that the research results are favorable to the development of new photocatalytic materials. In this paper, the hydroxy carboxylic acids (citric acid, tartaric acid), hydrogen peroxide, titanate, n-butyl and the other metal compounds as raw materials, design and synthesis of a series of complexes, on the separation of complexes by elemental analysis, IR and Uv- Vis was characterization; determination of the crystal structure using single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques; study of the nature of the photocatalytic oxidation. Further isolated complexes as precursors application hydrothermal prepared by the Department of titanium dioxide photocatalysts material by XRD, SEM to characterize the composition and structure of the sample preparation and photocatalytic properties of the material discussed the different conditions on the material properties. The main result of the paper is as follows: 1, synthesis, characterization butylperoxy hydroxy carboxylic acid titanium mixed ligand complexes: Li 2 (NH 4 ) 4 [Ti 2 (O 2 ) 2 (cit) (Hcit)] 2 · 5H 2 O (1), Zn (NH 4 ) 4 [Ti 4 (O 2 ) 4 (Hcit) 2 (cit) 2 ] · 12H 2 O (2) , Li 2 (NH 4 ) 4 [Ti 2 (O 2 ) 2 (Htart) (tart)] 2 · 4H 2 O (3), Zn (NH 4 ) 4 [Ti 4 (O 2 ) 4 (Htart) 2 (tan ) 2 ] · 11H 2 O (4). 2, in 15 kinds of nano-titanium oxide-based material is prepared under hydrothermal conditions. The results show that the hydrothermal method is more suitable for the preparation of fine particulate nanomaterials; regardless of the initial solution is acidic, neutral or alkaline, all materials prepared its main phase are titanium dioxide anatase nano, and contain secondary phase even Amount Phase. The majority of these non-primary phase is Ti (Ⅲ)-containing composition, there are some other metal doped Ti (Ⅳ) complex oxides. The results illustrate that this study hydrothermal conditions are not conducive to the metal doping. Prepared complexes 1 and 3 have stable photocatalytic oxidation performance, able to achieve very good results in the degradation of methylene blue solution under continuous light conditions; complexes 2 and 4 has a good adsorption performance, with the changes in temperature and light can be a large number of adsorption of methylene blue. Prepared under acidic conditions, the adsorption properties of nanomaterials superior, better photocatalytic properties of nano-materials prepared under neutral conditions, the general performance of photocatalytic materials prepared under alkaline conditions, which material is in the sun light of methylene blue solution rapid degradation.
