With the continuous development of the international and domestic markets , the quality of products have become increasingly demanding . Therefore, the pursuit of high-quality products , low-cost consumption first and foremost to ensure the ability of the business in the fierce market competition in an invincible position . The paper detailed analysis of pellet plant Grate - the rotary pellet sintering live process control requirements and process characteristics , the use of advanced automatic control technology, complete the pellet sintering integrated automation control system design , to the pellets Real-time detection of the sintering process variable , real-time monitoring of the process , real-time control of the process parameters . Of this paper are as follows: (1) paper combines Angang 200 million tons of oxide pellet plant grate - the technological characteristics of the rotary kiln production line and technical requirements put forward by the device control level and process monitoring level two-story structure consisting of ball group production process integrated automation system . Described in detail based on the the Siemens Profibus-DP fieldbus and industrial Ethernet technology pellet sintering process of integrated automation hardware configuration , network configuration and control functions to achieve the centralized management and decentralized control of pellet production . (2 ) sintered pellet production process automation control system software design using modular design concept , under machine PLC using STEP 7 programming , responsible for field data collection, filtering and feedback control ; host computer configuration software WINCC 6.0 system integration , is used to provide intuitive and friendly interface . (3 ) for Grate machine system , the pellets sintering permeability soft sensor model , and then sintering permeability soft sensor model on the chain grate machine system to achieve intelligent control , in order to improve the the pellet sintering process automation control level , and ultimately to achieve the optimal management of the pellet sintering production process chain grate machine system to optimize the operation of the control and optimization . In short , pellet sintering production process of the implementation of integrated automation system , improve product yield and quality of the finished pellets , has a role in promoting the overall economic benefits of the enterprises to improve the pellet , as well as provide a practical approach to complex industrial process control .
