Abstract

Nanomaterials rapid development in recent years , and may play a major role in the 21st century materials . Large specific surface of the nano-materials , so that the surface of the factors that can not be neglected , study the influence of the surface effect of the luminescent material on the nano nanomaterials hot . The study nano surface characteristics of great significance . Select YBO3 as a matrix Eu 3 sup> as a spectral probe , using the characteristics of the rare earth ion spectra detect nanomaterials nature of the spectrum , spectral analysis of surface states . This method of detection ion crystal field around the environment , has been successfully applied to different materials . Hydrothermal Synthesis of nanomaterials , the particle size range of 30-80 nm , obtained by adjusting the pH of different morphology and particle size of nanomaterials . X-ray diffraction pattern and transmission electron microscopy characterization of nanomaterials . The measurement of the emission spectra at room temperature show that nanomaterials material of the 5D0-7F2 and 5D0-7F1 transition intensity branch occurred changes . This change can be attributed to the surface effect so that the surface of the Sites of symmetry reduce the crystal field parameters change , causing the intensity parameter Ω2 increases . Nanomaterials the emission spectrum of the high-resolution wide , the emergence of spectral material . These material spectral changes as the temperature changes , i.e., as temperature increases the surface emission gradually weakened . The ratio of change of the surface of the transmitter and center emission further illustrate surface quenching centers for Eu in different positions on the 3 SUP > ion quenching have different effects .
