Abstract


Industrial CT (ICT) is the reconstruction the object slices and grayscale images to get inside the object geometry and material information detection technology. Free from material and structural constraints advantages ICT has been widely used in the non-destructive testing of various industrial sectors, non-destructive evaluation and reverse engineering research, known as the contemporary best means of non-destructive testing. Commonly used cone-beam CT FDK algorithm, which is based on a single-round source rail, to obtain a better reconstruction effect in a small cone angle. However, as the taper angle increases, the reconstructed image artifacts exacerbated, which is mainly due to a single round of supply rails for the complete projection data. The practical applications are often limited by a variety of conditions, such as some large object, you must scan large cone angle. In this case, the three non-planar source track precise reconstruction method, and FDK algorithm large cone angle reconstruction artifacts correction. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) in accurate reconstruction filtering process, the need to calculate the projection data mine when transform paper using ordinary accumulate Simpson linear integral method to complete the pixel grid sampling. In order to obtain a high filtering accuracy, the paper will reset the projection accuracy of the projected image doubling, filtered image to obtain a high-resolution, and thereby significantly improve the quality of the reconstructed image. 2) the ideal slopes derivative filter is unable to achieve this with a rectangular window filter, which resulted in a sudden truncation and Gibbs disturbance, so that the decline in the quality of the reconstructed image.
