Abstract


Variable conditions , modern anti-ship and anti-submarine torpedoes thermal power system ( darken transmission) run under the regulation of the energy supply system . In this paper, based on the pressure regulating valve constitute Torpedo Thermal Power energy supply system . Discussion of the characteristics of the energy supply system of the torpedo turbine engine , the paper examines the physical mechanism of the open-loop pressure control , the establishment of a system to be controlled mechanism model torpedo turbine engine demonstration program of the energy supply system and its key components - Three speed system performance design of the pressure regulator valve constructed based on quantitative fuel pump - pressure regulating valve torpedo turbine engine system dynamic simulation platform and simulation . Paper to a three-speed system pressure regulating valve for the core components of the engine power control system , the working mechanism of the new control valve , the key technical parameters to optimize the valve principle of functional design of the valve . The turbine engine system dynamic simulation platform simulation solver assessment of its performance , the main assessment of back pressure the compensation characteristics as well as dynamic switching characteristics of the three-speed system pressure valve , and discuss the different dynamic switching characteristics for system security impact. The papers from the system 's point of view , the use of the pressure regulating valve controlled torpedo turbine engine hot propulsion system for a more in - depth studies , theoretical analysis and simulation results coincide . Digital simulation platform built to reflect the trend of the actual test , have the computational accuracy and simulation can be applied to engineering practice ; the theoretical analysis and quantitative calculation can be applied to guide product design and experimental results .
