Abstract


The unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) based on the functional layered communication network , the mobility management problem due to high-speed mobile network node , including the location management and handover management . Its main contents are : 1. UAV over-the-horizon communications transmission system , based on functional hierarchical UAV communication network including the day grassroots empty grassroots and task layer . 2 . For UAV communication network location management , location database based on tree-like, hierarchical structure , making the the UAV node location management least expensive ; detailed description of the location database lookup and update operations , developed based on hierarchical call protocol ( HCP ) hybrid location update strategy. 3 . The key technologies of the the UAV communications network switch management . Departure from switching to achieve the degree of difficulty and the reliability of the system , the UAV node received signal strength (RSS) of the relay unit as the switching of the measurement parameters , the hysteresis margin of the handover decision in conjunction with the threshold method . In addition, taking into account the special nature of the UAV communication network , based on the the UAV node autonomous decision-making emergency switch control strategy , as well as for the UAV node handoff call channel reservation and the first-in , first-out ( GCM - FIFO ) queue combination of channel allocation program, given the the UAV node general handover information interaction process . 4 . GCM - FIFO channel allocation scheme is discussed in detail in the UAV communication network . Markov chain and queuing theory for system modeling , theoretical analysis and computer simulation, analysis of the waiting queue capacity , as well as the number of channels reserved for handoff call handover performance of the system . The analysis results show that the GCM - FIFO channel allocation scheme is used in the UAV communication network , based on the simulation results , a reasonable choice of waiting for the queue capacity and the protection of the number of channels , so that the system as a whole to achieve optimal performance .
