Abstract


Tang Bin ( 1627-1687 ) , Qing Ming Chen , the famous philosopher . Kangxi 23 years ( 1684 ) to Kangxi 25 years ( 1686 ) served as governor of Jiangsu . Su said the affluent Jiangsu region before the arrival of the Tang Bin , custom vanity , official corruption , heavy taxes . Tang Bin after his inauguration , improved customs, straighten officialdom , people's livelihood , Jiangsu areas of social, economic and cultural development , make a certain contribution . In this paper, Tang Bin text left and related information based on academic achievements have been absorbed , either for governor of Jiangsu Tang Bin achievements during an official study . Combined with the historical background of Tang Bin , trying to sort out their thoughts and jurisprudence have official links between practice and thus on the official policy during the Tang Bin governance Soviet ideological roots were discussed.
