Abstract


The thermal power plant of the water plant chemical water treatment sites, and its mission is to provide qualified for the boiler make-up water . Ensure and reliable operation of the boiler feed water treatment equipment and supplies water quality , plant safety , plays a very important role in the economic operation . Plant demineralization system in the majority of domestic ubiquitous low degree of automation , the phenomenon of backward production status . Boiler feed water treatment equipment often artificial control , often not stable control of water quality and affect boiler operation , thereby seriously affecting the economic benefits . The Boiler Heating Co., Ltd. Shandong coast , the paper supplies water automatic control system for the background , and discusses the engineering design process for water treatment control system , and focuses on the reverse osmosis control system . Papers programmable controller Siemens S7-400PLC hardware platform , under development software of STEP7 and configuration software development environment WinCC6.0 detailed discussion of the PLC control system hardware selection and configuration .
