Abstract


At present , China's mobile phone manufacturing industry, competition has become increasingly fierce competition focus has concentrated for the competition to focus on quality and technology enterprise core competencies . Moreover, in the current situation of economic globalization , whether developed or developing , are trying to find to improve product and service quality , effective way to continue to meet customer expectations and requirements . To improve product quality must improve the level of quality management , the main purpose of this paper is to investigate the implementation of practical and significant results in mobile phone production enterprises internal quality improvement , prompted by the continuous improvement of the product quality to achieve the purpose to improve their core competitiveness . This paper analyzes the mobile phone production process in surface mount technology (Surface Mounting Technology, SMT) process , and the process of quality control of technical means . And details of the Six Sigma management and Six Sigma methods in quality improvement steps DMAIC process and the implementation of the method . Finally, discusses the use of the Six Sigma management and Six Sigma quality improvement mode , the phone Production in silkscreen-quality control system - two-dimensional monitoring system (Two Dimension Inspection System, referred to as 2DI ) through the use of Six Sigma tools discover the root cause of the undetected rate and further improve the mode of production and quality control mechanisms , and thus the detection of defects is found that the rate increased to 68.0% to 93.5% , and achieved significant benefits .
