Abstract

Has a great impact on the safety and reliability of the power system transmission capacity for the entire system . In the electricity market environment , the system runs the uncertainty increases , the branch circuit load more limited node voltage failure is more likely to occur . This raises the problem of how to accurately and efficiently calculate grid transmission capacity . In this paper , we study the research background and development of power grid available transmission capacity problem (ATC) , described in detail the concept and the physical significance of the ATC and related terminology . The ATC values ??used to assess the additional transmission capacity in the next period of time , predict the length of time , ATC calculation is divided into two categories online calculation and offline . The paper examines the existing the online calculation method based on deterministic models , on the basis of comparative analysis of the characteristics of the various methods , combined with the need for practical applications online , select the online calculation method applicable to . Paper design sensitivity algorithm based on DC power flow , and the establishment of a mathematical model ; given several sensitivity coefficients defined formula , such as power transfer distribution factor (PTDF), branch breaking distribution coefficient ( LODF ) branch The open off the transmission distribution coefficient ( OTDF ) , the transfer of power generation distribution factor (GSDF) and the generator breaking the transmission distribution coefficient ( GODF ) . Detailed derivation of the single straight road without breaking , breaking , and a single generator breaking down the formula of the available transmission capacity between nodes , the calculation process . C language , developed in the EMS system Grid software available transfer capability (ATC) , IEEE five-node example to test the algorithm , without breaking and a single branch breaking under ATC values ??as well as the power distribution coefficient value. Theoretical and technical basis of the research and development of this article provides a practical application of available transmission capacity (ATC) for the grid . Finally, the paper work summary and outlook for future work .
